About the position

Under guidance, the Associate will perform inside sales (whether inbound or outbound) activities and act as a liaison for SubjectWell.  They will educate our customer base on SubjectWell services and drive both new and re-engagement sales.  This role will report to the Vice President of Business Development.


Job Description


  • Develop market leads and opportunities for SubjectWell with new and existing clients (inside sales)
  • Work collaboratively across SubjectWell to define solutions for customers
  • Identify customer needs and challenges
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities related to potential projects requiring recruitment services both for target and exploratory accounts
  • Manage unassigned accounts and provide successful support on in-house accounts
  • Secure client meetings
  • Effectively obtain requests for proposals
  • Assist in client penetration strategy




  • Work strategically with Sales Team to generate campaigns for SubjectWell including promoting webinars, customer days and other marketing-driven events
  • Analyze potential opportunities and develop strategies to support increasing client awareness and engagement
  • Schedule introductory business development calls, conference calls and demos between sales team members and target company decision-makers
  • Respond to inbound requests as first point of contact to conduct needs assessment
