About the Position

 

In this role, the employee will oversee and manage multiple existing projects and foster the relationship with Contract Research Organization (CRO), Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology project teams as well as site and site network teams. The successful candidate will provide regular project updates, while effectively answering queries and liaising as needed with internal teams. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to help them achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing client accounts.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of SubjectWell services for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track and report key account metrics.
  • Cleary communicate the progress of studies and escalate challenges/issues to internal teams.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the site support team and collaborate on any requests from clients that require communication with clinical research sites
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities with existing clients and collaborate as appropriate with the business development team.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the client organization being supported.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Proven track record of managing and supporting projects at a CRO, or patient recruitment company.
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating and developing new business opportunities with existing customer base.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and frequently-changing environment.
  • A clear, concise, and professional communication style.
  • Critical thinking to improve services, processes, and to convey issues to others; escalating issues and following up as appropriate.
  • Proficiency in computer software use, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with and across different teams
