About the position

This position is responsible for designing visual content such as digital ads, landing pages, lead capture forms, HTML emails and more that will be used in our patient acquisition marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with our performance marketing team for inspiration and strategy and with our software development team to implement code changes.

You’ll use your expertise in digital design and user experience to build content that converts, continually working to optimize performance. You’ll also create assets with an aesthetic that helps build trust in our brand among patients. You’ll design multiple versions of ad creative optimized for different channels and to test variations.

Finally, you’ll iterate on current designs and execute new visual tests to improve overall conversion rate.


• Create B2C landing pages, display and social ads, and HTML email campaigns that have a high conversion rates
• Code website page variations for split-testing
• Perform cross-browser/platform testing to ensure code functions properly on all devices
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team on test ideas that can reduce friction and increase conversion rates
• Partner with multiple internal teams to ensure all designs align with brand messaging while also meeting technical usability and quality standards
• Consistently interpret and learn from design performance to iterate and improve on future designs


• Experienced in B2C landing page design, development and optimization
• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe XD or InVision knowledge preferred
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript to turn your designs into functioning pages
• Experienced in designing emails and testing compatibility across email clients
• Skilled in video and/or motion graphic creation and editing
• 2 or more years of past conversion optimization experience
• Austin, Texas based or willing to relocate
